Light, fruity and easy to make.
Invest 15 minutes of your time.
You won’t regret it.
Ingredients for 3 portions:
500g Strawberries
120g Amarettis
Amaretto
125ml single cream
250g Quark
60g Sugar
Douse Amarettinis with Amaretto.
Wash and cut strawberries.
Mix Quark, single cream and sugar.
Now arrange layers of quark mixture, Strawberries and Amarettini.
The last layer should be the quark mixture.
Leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
Before serving, garnish it with a piece of strawberry and a mint leaf.Fotoalben
