Yeast dough:


500 g flour

20 g yeast

75 g sugar

1 pck. Vanillia sugar

pinch of salt

1 egg

150 g milk

50 g melted butter


Add on dough:


75 g butter

150 g sugar

150 g sour cream


Mix flour, yeast, sugar, vanillia sugar, salt, butter, egg and milk.

Knead well (about 5-10 min)

Put dough in a bowl, cover with cloth and put it in a warm place until double in size.

Place cake into a greased baking tray.

Cover dough with butter flakes (75g butter) and sugar (150g sugar).

Leave for further 30 min. to rise.

Set oven to 170 degrees.

After 15 min. apply saur cream and bake cake for further 5 mins.

Leave to cool.
