2 eggs
125 g icing sugar
1 pck. vanilla sugar
125ml oil (sunflower oil e.g.)
125ml advocaat
70g flour
70g cornflour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Icing sugar for dusting the cake
2lb loaf tin (ca, 30x15x8cm)
Cream eggs, icing sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add Oil and advocaat.
Add flour, cornflour and baking powder.
Grease tin and fill in mixture.
Set oven to 180 degrees and bake for approx.
40mins.
Before taking the cake out of the oven, do knife test.
If it fails leave the cake for further 5-10 mins in the oven.
